Full-Arch Dental Implants in Dickson & Nashville
Solve Your Tooth Loss—Quickly & Permanently
If you’re missing an entire arch of teeth but want to restore your smile and bite quickly, you may benefit from full-arch implant dentures at Accent Smile Center in Dickson or Nashville.

What Are Full-Arch Implants?
A dental implant is a titanium prosthetic that Dr. Gatgens or Dr. Tao surgically places directly into your jawbone to replace the root of a missing tooth.
Full-arch implants are essentially dental implants that can replace an entire row of multiple missing or damaged teeth all at once, and can be placed in as few as two or three appointments!
This minimally invasive procedure allows you to replace multiple missing or damaged teeth at the same time. Dr. Gatgens, Dr. Tao, and their team can restore an entire row of teeth with just four to eight implants that anchor a full denture to your jaw bone.
Comfortable
At Accent Smile Center, your comfort is a top priority, so we offer IV sedation to help you relax during your procedure. This safe and effective sedation method keeps you comfortable throughout treatment with little to no memory of the procedure. Our team closely monitors you the entire time, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Customized
Every smile we create is digitally customized for the individual patient. Using advanced imaging and design software, Dr. Gatgens or Dr. Tao maps out your new teeth with precision, ensuring the perfect fit and a natural look that complements your facial structure and enhances your confidence.
Convenient
At Accent Smile Center, we use 3D printing technology to craft temporary bridges in our office. These bridges are carefully designed, printed, and glazed on-site, giving you a functional and aesthetic temporary solution while your final restoration is being made. This means you won’t have to wait weeks for your new smile—you’ll leave with a beautiful, natural-looking set of teeth the same day.
Types of Full-Arch Dental Implants
Full-arch dental implants come in several sizes depending on how many teeth you need to replace. Let’s take an in-depth look at the different sizes available at Accent Smile Center.
Hybrid Implant
A hybrid prosthesis implant is a dental implant that combines the convenience of dentures with the permanence of dental implants. It is a fixed structure screwed on dental implants that aims to replace lost teeth and soft tissues such as gums.
The implant fuses to the jawbone, providing a stable foundation for the denture. This type of prosthesis is a good option since it is the rehabilitation treatment that most closely resembles the sensation of having your own teeth.
All-on-4
This technique uses just four implants to support a full arch of teeth, providing a secure and natural-looking solution if you’re missing multiple teeth.
All-on-6
For added stability and confidence, your dentist may recommend this dental implant, which uses two additional, strategically placed posts to restore your smile’s full functionality and appearance.

Are You a Candidate for Full-Arch Dental Implants?
If you’re missing an entire arch of teeth, you may be a good candidate for one of our full-arch treatments.
Even if you don’t immediately qualify for traditional implant dentures due to jawbone deterioration, Accent Smile Center can help you receive a bone graft, reinforcing your jaw so it’s strong enough to utilize a full-arch dental implant system.
You might make a good candidate for full-arch dental implants if you have:
- A commitment to maintain good oral health
- No underlying, untreated medical conditions that impact your immune system
- An ability to stop bad habits like smoking and chewing tobacco
Taking Care of Your New Smile
Keeping your new teeth in great shape is simple with the right care. Just like natural teeth, brushing twice a day and flossing daily will help keep your implants and gums healthy. Regular dental checkups are also important—Dr. Gatgens will make sure everything stays secure and in top condition.
If you have a temporary bridge, avoid hard or sticky foods that could damage it. Once your final restoration is in place, you can enjoy your favorite foods with confidence! With good care, your implants can last a lifetime, keeping your smile strong and beautiful for years to come.
Hybrid Implant After Care
Once you get your hybrid implant, use a Waterpik daily to remove debris and stimulate gums underneath. Dental cleanings every four months are essential to remove plaque build-up and prevent bone loss.
Dr. Gatgens or Dr. Tao may recommend an occlusal night guard to protect the prosthetic to wear at night.
Once a year, we'll remove the hybrid implant to clean and analyze the parts and pieces. You will also receive a CBCT at this time to evaluate the health of the bone and implants.
The maintenance listed above, to continue your dental health after the prosthetics are in place, will be additional charges you will accrue.
